Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Divide the pizza dough into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a finger-length rope, about 5 to 6 inches long, tapering one end slightly.
To make knuckles: pinch the dough gently in two spots along each "finger" to create knobby joints. Don't be gentle — gnarled is good.
Press one almond firmly into the tapered end of each finger at a slight angle, pointed tip facing out — this is the fingernail.
Optional: for green witch fingers, brush the dough very lightly with a drop of green food coloring mixed into water. (Or skip it — classic golden fingers look great too.)
Place the fingers on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between them. They'll puff up as they bake.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush generously over each finger.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Arrange them crawling out of a bowl or scattered on a platter for maximum creep factor.
