Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds
- Green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Steam the broccoli until tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden and fully cooked.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and simmer for 2β3 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce until thickened.
- Slice the chicken and coat with the sauce.
