Homemade Yogurt Ingredients
- 1 liter (4 cups) whole milk
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt with live cultures (starter yogurt)

Instructions
- Heat the milk until it reaches 180°F (82°C).
- Let it cool to 110°F (43°C).

- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
